1. Return Application Period
Customers can apply for product returns within "30 calendar days after package delivery date“. Any return request submitted after the 30-day window will not be approved unless items arrive damaged from our shipping error.

2. Eligible Return Condition
All returned goods must be unused, unopened, complete with original package, tags, spare parts and complimentary gifts. Used, stained, damaged or incomplete products cannot be accepted for return.
Non-refundable & Final Sale Items: Clearance discounted goods, personalized customized merchandise, disposable hygiene products, gift cards and digital products cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Return Operation Steps
Send your order number + item photos + return reason to our official service email. Our customer service team will reply within 2 business days to confirm return approval and provide authorized return address. Please do not send back goods without official approval, unauthorized self-shipped returns will be rejected.

4. Return Shipping Fee Standard
• Our mistake (wrong item, defective goods, broken parcel on receipt): We fully cover return shipping cost and provide prepaid return label.
• Customer personal reason (dislike, wrong purchase, unsuitable size): Buyer bears all return shipping expenses, original outbound shipping fee (including free shipping from $49.9 order) is non-refundable.
