Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All paid orders will be packed and dispatched within"1~3 business days (Monday-Friday, exclude weekends and official holidays)”. Orders placed on holidays will be arranged for shipment on next working day.

2. Free Shipping Rule
Free standard worldwide shipping automatically applies for orders with subtotal ≥$49.9 USD.Orders below $49.9 will calculate standard delivery cost at checkout based on destination & package weight.

3. Delivery Transit Time
• Standard Shipping (Free for order ≥$49.9): 12~26 business days after dispatch
• Expedited Express Shipping: 5~10 business days after dispatch, extra express freight needed at checkout
Note: Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, holiday logistics surge or carrier emergency issues which are beyond our control.

4. Customs Import Charges
All import tax, VAT and customs clearance fees required by destination country customs are the buyer’s sole responsibility; wovenlymavoo does not undertake any customs-related cost.

5. Lost/Returned Parcel Solution
• Lost in transit: Submit your order number to us, we assist to file carrier claim; options: free reshipment or full refund after claim finalized.
• Non-delivery caused by wrong buyer-provided address: Customer needs to pay full reshipping cost for redelivery.
• Parcel returned to our warehouse for recipient refusing pickup or customs rejection: Buyers can choose reship (bear new outbound freight) or partial refund after deducting original delivery cost (including free-shipping orders).
